Before the purchase, please, measure your foot: sit down on a chair and place your foot on top of a ruler on the floor, measure the foot from the very back of the heel to the longest toe and compare the length with the following measurement :

Please, consider that my shoes fit small, however, as the leathers I use are very soft, they tend to naturally stretch and after few uses they normally fit like a glove!

I want you to be delighted with your new shoes, however, if for any reason, there is a problem with your purchase, please email me at the earliest opportunity so I can put things right.
Because of the nature of these goods, the following items can´t be returned/exchanged:
– Custom or personalized orders
– Made to order goods / shoes / accessories
With the exception of the shoes on sale, all of ele’s shoes are made to order, I craft the shoes only upon request and these will be made especially and only for you so, unless I send a different size/color to the one you’ve ordered, I can’t accept return or refund made to order shoes.
